Crowned Eagle Auto deliver’s your perfect car in great condition. That’s why every part of the process – from our highly-trained sales team to the professional delivery drivers – is designed to ensure that you order a car that meets your needs, with a specification that you expect.

For further reassurance, your reservation deposit is fully refundable and your money-back guaranteed within 14 days if your chosen vehicle has not yet been purchased. It’s important to know that once your vehicle has been purchased we can only assist in resolving any mechanical issues the vehicle might have within a reasonable timeframe usually within one month of purchase.

Before your car arrives

• Reserve your car with a deposit that’s fully refundable until you sign the order form and commit to buy the car.
• You’ll then be able to arrange finance, if needed, before confirming your order and signing the order form.
• If you decide to cancel your order after it’s confirmed then we retain the deposit amount to cover the admin costs of sourcing the car.

Once your car is delivered

You’ve got plenty of time to ensure that you’re happy with your car and is sound mechanically. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any major mechanical issue or any problems you might have notice with the vehicle for us to resolve it immediately.
